I treat all my customers as I would like to be treated. You will find as you get to know me I a very honest and caring person. I want you to enjoy your purchase as much as I have making it.

Every teacup candle has had a lot of thought (sometimes hours) and love put into the colour of the soy candle and the fragrance to suit each and every teacup.

Each soap I make has again had a lot of thought and love as to the choice of colour and fragrance. I don't just want to mass produce my products. Everything is handmade by me individually. That is what I love doing.

I use the highest quality ingredients to make my products but I also want to offer them to you at an affordable price. I keep my packaging to a minimum to help the environment and keep costs down.

 

I am always thinking as a customer as I make my products. My love of making handmade soaps and soy candles keeps me always looking and thinking of new and unusual products to offer to you.

Someone once said "Variety is a Spice of Life" and "Change is as good as a holiday".

One thing I can promise you is that you will never be bored and lots of variety lol.

I value your privacy.

I hate it when I buy something and then I get multiple text messages, phone calls and emails.

They drive me nuts.

So rest assured I will only use your shipping address and contact information to confirm or contact you about your order.

You may get an occasional email about special offers but no text messages or phone calls.

If at any time you don't want to hear from me about special offers just send me a message and I will remove you from the mailing list.

refilling your teacups

Payment Methods

I encourage all my customers to refill their teacups, glass containers or anything they have had a soy candle in.

I am happy to do any refills even if they are not my containers. 

I will always check if the containers are suitable for soy candles (eg damaged or thinness of glass) and tell you honestly before I start. I will also give you a rough quote before I start making the soy candles.

Refilling your teacups or containers helps the enviorment and also keeps your costs down as you are only paying for a refill not the container.
